WOMEN'S MINISTRY

PURPOSE

To glorify God as we grow in our understanding and love for Him, ourselves, and one another while using our skills and giftings to enhance the Kingdom of God.

GOAL

To create opportunities for women to not only connect, but to establish a deeply rooted sisterhood, while pursuing spiritual growth in their own relationship with God.

VISION

Our vision is for women of all ages, in all stages of life, to join together in spaces throughout Women’s Ministry where they feel God leading them to. This might be moms of little ones coming together at a monthly hangout, or older and younger women joining the same Sunday school class where they can sharpen one another, or women being vulnerable in a Discipleship Group. We understand that every woman’s life stage, need, and comfort level is different and want to provide multiple opportunities for women to flourish in their faith.

The way we live and carry out our purpose, goal, and vision is by having multiple teams set in place to prayerfully provide quarterly events, discipleship, and mentoring. Additionally, we believe in honoring our volunteer teams and celebrating their contributions. Some of our current annual events include a 4-8 week Bible study class, and Christmas party. Our current bi-annual events include a women's conference, women's retreat, and leadership appreciation dinner.

The 2024 Women's Retreat will be held on February 23-25 at the Rocky Pine Lodge. We would love to have you join us for a time of rest and growing in community with other women of Shiloh. If you are planning to attend the whole weekend, the cost is $65, and if you only plan to attend Saturday, the cost is $35. Click here to sign up by February 11
Do you enjoy studying God's word? Two women's Sunday School classes are taking place every Sunday starting at 9:30am.
Do you want to grow closer to fellow Shiloh women? Join a Discipleship Group! Our D-Groups meet twice a month in different homes, providing a safe place to share and connect with God & one another.
